Overview
The BA6208F is a monolithic bidirectional motor driver IC that controls reversible motors in cassette recorders and other electronic equipment via TTL-level logic signals. The device integrates a logic control section and a power output section: the logic section handles forward rotation, reverse rotation, and braking control, while the power output section delivers a typical drive current of 100mA based on the logic control inputs. The circuit is housed in an SOP-8 package.
