Overview
The BA6208S is a monolithic bidirectional motor driver IC capable of controlling bidirectional motors in tape recorders and other electronic equipment via TTL-level logic signals. The circuit comprises a logic control section and a power output section. The logic section controls forward rotation, reverse rotation, and braking of the motor, while the power output section delivers a typical drive current of 100mA in response to logic commands. The device is available in a SOT-23-6L package.
