Overview
The BD00FA1WEFJ is an LDO regulator with an output current capability of 0.1A. Using external resistors, the output voltage can be adjusted between 3.0V and 12.0V, with a reference voltage accuracy of ±1%. The HTSOP-J8 package is suitable for a wide range of digital appliances. To prevent IC damage, the device incorporates a built-in overcurrent protection circuit that protects against output short circuits, a zero-microamp shutdown mode, and a built-in thermal shutdown circuit that protects the IC under thermal overload conditions. This regulator supports ceramic capacitors, which are smaller in size and offer longer service life compared to other capacitor types.
