Overview
The BD9xxN1-C series are linear regulators featuring Nano Cap topology, designed for various automotive application power supplies requiring direct battery connection. This series supports a maximum input voltage of 45V, output current capability of 150mA, and typical quiescent current of 28μA. Output voltage accuracy is ±2.0%. The series is compatible with output capacitors of 100nF or larger, achieving excellent transient performance even with small capacitors. Output voltage options include fixed 3.3V and 5.0V versions, as well as an adjustable version configurable via an external resistor divider with a range of 1.0V to 18V. The device integrates an enable function. It also incorporates overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. Low-ESR ceramic capacitors are fully suitable for phase compensation.
