Overview
BDR6120H is a DC brushed motor driver IC designed for electronic locks, electric toothbrushes, toys, consumer products, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The BDR6120H delivers a DC peak output current of 2.5A and a continuous current of 1.4A, with a VDD operating range of 2.2 ~ 7.5V. The BDR6120H features a PWM (INA - INB) input pair, low output on-resistance, and comes in an SOP8 package. It integrates overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, and built-in hysteresis thermal overcurrent protection.
