Overview
BDR6121G integrates an internal (P+NMOS) H-bridge driver circuit, suitable for driving inductive loads such as coils and motors. BDR6121G output DC peak current up to 3A, continuous current 1.55A; VDD operating range 1.8 - 8.5V. BDR6121H features one set of PWM (INA - INB) inputs, low output on-resistance, in SOP8 package. Integrated thermal shutdown protection: when the internal temperature exceeds the set threshold (typical 150°C), load current is cut off; when the junction temperature drops to the preset temperature (typical 80°C), the circuit returns to normal operation.
