Overview

BDR6122F is a DC motor driver IC designed for smart locks, smart meters, valves, and similar applications. Output DC current reaches 1.9A. Two supply voltage rails: VM operating range 0~12V, VCC operating range 1.8~6V. Single PWM (IN1-IN2) input, ultra-low output on-resistance, available in SOP8 and DFN8 packages. Integrated overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, and overtemperature protection.
