Overview
BDR6122T is a DC brushed motor driver IC designed for electric toothbrushes, smart locks, consumer products, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The BDR6122T delivers an output DC current of up to 1.8A. It operates across two supply voltage ranges: VM from 0 to 12V and VCC from 1.8V to 5.5V. The BDR6122T features a PWM (IN1–IN2) input, ultra-low output on-resistance, and is available in DFN8 and SOP8 packages. Integrated protection functions include overcurrent protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature protection.
