Overview
BDR6125 is a DC motor driver IC for smart locks, personal care, and small home appliance applications. It integrates an H-bridge driver with low on-resistance P/NMOS power transistors. Motor forward, reverse, and brake functions are controlled via two logic inputs. BDR6125 is available in an SOP8 package and complies with environmental regulations.
