Overview
BDR6127 is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC designed for motor-driven products such as smart locks, personal care devices, and pet appliances. It features two logic input terminals for controlling motor forward, reverse, and braking operations. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. It also incorporates built-in diodes to dissipate reverse surge current from inductive loads. The BDR6127 is available in an SOP package, compliant with RoHS regulations, with a 100% lead-free lead frame.
