Overview
BDR6200 is a wide input voltage range, high-current DC brushed motor driver control circuit designed to drive an H-bridge composed of PMOS and NMOS transistors. Since the power PMOS and NMOS are externally configured, the H-bridge drive current capability is determined by the PMOS and NMOS devices, making it suitable for high-current motor drive applications. The circuit supports multiple operating states — including forward, reverse, and braking — via two control signals. Low quiescent current, wide supply voltage range: 3V - 25V
