Overview
BDR6300 is a three-phase gate driver IC capable of directly driving three NMOS + PMOS half-bridges. An integrated stable 5V output power supply is built into the circuit. The BDR6300 offers greater flexibility in drive-stage MOS selection. When operating at 24V, the internal control circuit ensures that the gate voltage of the PMOS power transistor is approximately 12V during turn-on (i.e., the VGS of the PMOS power transistor is approximately -12V).
