Overview
BDR6820H is a dual-channel H-bridge driver IC optimized for motor driving in 12V system applications. Each H-bridge delivers a maximum peak current of 1A and an RMS current of 0.7A (under adequate heat dissipation conditions at 12V and Ta = 25℃), capable of driving two DC motors, one parallel DC motor, or a stepper motor, with support for full-step and half-step drive modes. The IC integrates built-in shutdown protection features including overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature protection.
