BE8002D

For: 3W (4Ω load, THD < 10%), 2W (4Ω load, THD < 1%); total harmonic distortion plus noise less than 1% across the audio range (20Hz - 20KHz); BE8002D features a simple application circuit requiring minimal external components to deliver high-quality output power. The BE8002D output requires no external coupling capacitors, bootstrap capacitors, snubber networks, or feedback resistors. BE8002D is available in SOP-8 package, making it particularly suitable for low-power, compact portable systems. BE8002D can be controlled to enter shutdown mode to reduce power consumption; BE8002D incorporates an internal thermal shutdown protection mechanism. BE8002D operates stably and is unity-gain stable. The amplifier's voltage gain can be adjusted by configuring external resistors for ease of application.
