BL3085N(I56)

BL3085N is a 5V-powered, half-duplex RS-485 transceiver with adaptive bus polarity, integrating one driver and one receiver. The built-in bus polarity correction circuit features a polarity detection time of 80ms, enabling automatic polarity adaptation in RS-485 communication systems. The slew-rate-limited driver significantly reduces EMI and reflections caused by improperly terminated cables, achieving error-free data transmission at up to 500kbps. The integrated failsafe circuit ensures the receiver output remains at a logic-high state when the receiver inputs are open or short-circuited. With a receiver input impedance of 1/8 unit load, up to 256 transceivers can be connected on the bus for half-duplex communication. I/O pins feature ±15kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge protection.
