The BUxxSD5 series are high-performance CMOS low-dropout linear regulators with output current capability up to 500mA. Despite a circuit current consumption of only 33μA, these devices deliver excellent noise and load transient characteristics. They are well suited for a wide range of applications, such as powering logic ICs, RF and camera modules.
