Overview
The BU☐☐TA2WNVX/HFV series are high-performance full-CMOS regulators with 200mA output capability, housed in ultra-compact packages SSON004X1216 (1.2mm × 1.6mm × 0.6mm) and HVSOF5 (1.6mm × 1.6mm × 0.6mm). Despite a circuit current consumption of only 40μA, they deliver excellent noise characteristics and load transient response. These devices are well-suited for a wide range of applications powering logic ICs, RF modules, camera modules, and more. The ultra-compact packages SSON004X1216 and HVSOF5 feature an integrated heat spreader, contributing to space savings in equipment design.
