The BUxxSD2-M series are high-performance CMOS LDO regulators with output current capability up to 200mA. These devices feature excellent noise and load transient characteristics while drawing only 33μA of quiescent current. They are ideal for powering a wide range of applications including logic ICs, RF modules, and camera modules.
