Overview

The CD4001B is a quad 2-input NOR gate IC. Its outputs are fully buffered for high output impedance, providing superior noise immunity and low sensitivity to output loading. The device is rated for operation over a supply voltage range of 3V to 15V referenced to VSS. All unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input. This device is suitable for industrial applications.
