Overview

CD4070 is a quad 2-input XOR gate. The outputs are fully buffered for the highest noise immunity and are insensitive to output impedance modes. The device operates over a recommended VDD supply voltage range of 3V to 15V (with respect to VSS, typically ground). Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input.
