Overview
The CD4081B is a quad 2-input AND gate. Outputs are buffered for improved noise immunity and reduced output impedance variation. The recommended supply voltage range is 3V to 15V referenced to VSS. Unused input pins must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input. Primarily intended for industrial and automotive applications.
