Overview
The CD4093A is a quad 2-input NAND gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs on each gate. The positive threshold voltage (V_T+) and negative threshold voltage (V_T-) differ in value, and the difference between them is defined as the hysteresis voltage (V_H). Unused inputs must be connected to V_DD, V_SS, or another input. The device is available in SOP-14, TSSOP-14, DIP-14, and QFN-16 packages.
