Overview
CD4541 is a CMOS programmable timer/divider IC featuring a 16-stage binary counter, an integrated RC oscillator, output control logic, and a power-on reset circuit. It supports oscillator frequency configuration via external resistors and capacitors, with frequency division ratio selection through input pins. The device increments on rising-edge clock triggers and can be cleared via the master reset pin. It is widely used in timing, frequency division, and pulse signal processing applications.
