Overview
'HC151 and 'HCT151 are single 8-channel digital multiplexers with three binary control inputs A, B, C and an active-LOW enable (G̅) input. The three binary signals select 1 of 8 channels. Outputs are available in both inverted (W) and non-inverted (Y) forms.

- Significantly lower power consumption compared to LSTTL logic ICs
- HC type operating voltage: 2 V to 6 V
- High noise immunity: NIL = 30%, NIH = 30% of VCC at VCC = 5 V
- HCT type operating voltage: 4.5 V to 5.5 V
- Direct LSTTL input logic compatibility: VIL = 0.8 V (max), VIH = 2 V (min)
- CMOS input compatibility at VOL, VOH voltages: |Il| ≤ 1 μA
