Overview

CJTB010X is an 8-bit dual-supply level-translating transceiver with automatic direction sensing, enabling bidirectional voltage level translation. It features two 8-bit I/O ports (An and Bn), an output enable input (OE), and two supply pins (VCC(A) and VCC(B)). VCC(A) supports supply voltages ranging from 1.2V to 3.6V, while VCC(B) supports supply voltages ranging from 1.65V to 5.5V, making the device suitable for level translation between any low-voltage nodes (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V). Pins An and OE are referenced to VCC(A), and pins Bn are referenced to VCC(B). When the OE pin is driven LOW, the outputs are placed in a high-impedance off state. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging backflow current when the device is powered down.
