Overview
CP3119M is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC suitable for toy motor drives, automatic valve motor drives, electromagnetic door lock drives, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals to control motor forward, reverse, and braking operations. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. It also incorporates built-in diodes for clamping inductive load flyback currents. CP3119M is available in an SOP8 package, compliant with RoHS regulations, with a 100% lead-free lead frame.
