DK045GJF

DK045GJF is a highly integrated quasi-resonant flyback AC-DC power switch IC featuring a 700V/330mΩ GaN HEMT. It detects the power transistor drain voltage V_D,Λ and turns on the power transistor when V_D reaches its minimum value, thereby reducing switching losses and improving EMI. This IC greatly simplifies the design and manufacturing of flyback AC-DC converters, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high conversion efficiency and high power density. The DK045GJF incorporates comprehensive protection features, including output OVP, VCC over/under-voltage protection, OTP, open-loop protection, and output OCP. This series is available in a PDFN8×8 package.
