Overview
The DK5V150R25VL is a simple and efficient synchronous rectification IC featuring only two functional pins, A and K, corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode. The IC integrates an internal 150V power NMOS transistor, significantly reducing diode conduction losses and improving overall system efficiency. It serves as a drop-in replacement for equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes on the market. The IC is available in a TO-252 package.
