Overview
A simple and efficient synchronous rectification IC featuring only two functional pins, A and K, corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode respectively. The IC integrates an internal 100V power NMOS transistor to significantly reduce diode conduction losses and improve overall system efficiency, designed as a drop-in replacement for equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes on the market. The IC is available in a TO-252 package.
