DK5V60R10S is a simple and efficient two-pin synchronous rectifier IC requiring no external components, which significantly reduces the conduction losses of conventional Schottky diodes and improves overall system efficiency. The IC integrates a 60V power NMOS internally and is available in an SM-7 package (compatible with TO-277 package).
