Overview
DK5V60R30S is a simple and efficient two-pin synchronous rectification IC with only A and K pins, corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode respectively. The IC integrates a 60V power NMOS internally, requiring no external components, which significantly reduces the conduction loss of conventional Schottky diodes, improves overall system efficiency, and serves as a drop-in replacement for equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently on the market. DK5V60R30S adopts the SM-7 package (compatible with TO-277 package).
