Overview
DOS2186 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up immune CMOS technology enable a robust monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers feature high pulse current buffer stages designed to minimize cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations, operating at voltages up to 700V.
