Overview
The DOS27517 is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT in-phase gate driver. Its proprietary latch-up resistant CMOS technology enables a highly robust single-chip integrated architecture. The DOS27517 logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or TTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features an internal undervoltage lockout circuit with hysteresis and output current buffer stage. The DOS27517 is designed for operation over a wide VCC range of 5V to 25V and a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
