Overview
DRV8833PWPR-HX is a dual H-bridge motor driver designed for toys, printers, and mechatronic devices. It uses N-channel power MOSFETs in an H-bridge configuration to drive two brushed DC motors, one bipolar stepper motor, solenoids, or inductive loads, with integrated current regulation. Safety features include overcurrent, short-circuit, and overtemperature protection via internal shutdown and fault output pins. A low-power sleep mode improves energy efficiency. The device is offered in a 16-pin TSSOP package with Power PAD technology.
