Overview
This device is a brushed DC motor driver. It integrates four N-channel MOSFETs, capable of delivering a peak current of up to 3.6A at 40V. It supports a PH/EN interface, enabling PWM signals on the input interface to regulate motor speed. Users can adjust the PWM current limit or torque in real time via the VREF pin using a controller's DAC output or an RC-filtered PWM signal. The device features multiple protection functions, including overcurrent, short circuit, undervoltage lockout, and thermal shutdown. Once fault conditions are cleared, the device automatically resumes normal operation.
