DS1302Z-TD

The DS1302Z trickle-charge timekeeping circuit incorporates a real-time clock/calendar and 31 bytes of static RAM, communicating with a microprocessor via a simple serial interface. The real-time clock/calendar provides year, month, date, hour, minute, and second information. End-of-month date is automatically adjusted for months with fewer than 31 days, with leap year correction capability. The clock operates in either 12-hour or 24-hour format with an AM/PM indicator. In addition to timekeeping, the device features dual power supply pins (primary power VCC1 and backup power VCC2) and 31 bytes of scratchpad RAM. It is available in an SOP8 package.
