Overview
This chip integrates linear charging and load-switch discharge functions with LED status indication. The charging section features trickle, constant-current, and constant-voltage management, with a constant-current charging current of 250mA, a full-charge cutoff voltage of 4.2V at ±1% accuracy, and integrated battery under-voltage and over-temperature protection. The discharge section integrates a 3.5A load switch, supports direct input via microphone, and provides short-circuit, over-current, and timeout protection during discharge. The chip's standby power consumption is 5uA. An external LED indicates charging, discharging, and operating states, and supports a gradual brightness ramp-up and ramp-down effect for cigarette lighting. The heating coil impedance requirement is 1.2Ω or above.
