Overview
A cost-effective dedicated dual-transistor forward high-voltage gate driver IC, integrating logic signal input processing, level shift, pulse filter, and output matching driver circuits. Designed for dual-transistor forward power supplies, brushless motor controllers, and DC-DC converter driver circuits. High-side operating voltage up to 600V; low-side Vcc supply voltage range: 4V–20V. The HIN input channel features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and the LIN input channel features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, keeping both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs off when inputs are floating. Output current capability: 10 +/-0.8/1.2A. SOP8 package.
