Overview
EG2105D is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to MOS and IGBT transistors with SD functionality. It integrates logic signal input processing, adjustable dead-time, level shifting, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits, designed specifically for brushless motor controllers and DC-DC power supply drive circuits. The EG2105D supports a high-side operating voltage up to 220V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 5V ~ 20V. The input channel IN incorporates a built-in 250K pull-down resistor, and SD incorporates a built-in 250K pull-down resistor, ensuring both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are floating. Output current capability IO+/- is 5.0/5.0A. Available in MSOP10 package.
