Overview
EG2106 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), level shift, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits, designed specifically for brushless motor controllers and DC-DC power supply drive circuits. The EG2106 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V and a wide low-side Vcc supply voltage range of 10~20V. The HIN input channel has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and the LIN input channel has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, ensuring both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when the inputs are floating. Output current capability is IO +/-0.3/0.6A. Available in SOP8 package.
