Overview
EG2106D is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to MOSFET and IGBT, integrating logic signal input processing, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), level shift, pulse filtering, and output driver circuits. It is designed for brushless motor controllers and DC-DC converter driver circuits. The EG2106D supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V, with a wide low-side Vcc supply voltage range of 10V~20V. The HIN input channel has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and the LIN input channel has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, ensuring both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when the inputs are floating. Output current capability IO(+/-) is 0.3/0.6A. Available in SOP8 package.
