EG2125

EG2125 is a cost-effective full-bridge driver IC with dual comparator functionality, integrating logic signal input processing circuitry, SD control circuit, undervoltage lockout circuit, lockout circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit, and output driver circuit. The EG2125 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 10V~20V and low quiescent power consumption. The IC features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power transistors. Input channels HIN and LIN incorporate built-in 250K pull-down resistors, keeping both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in the off state when inputs are floating. Output current capability is I0+/-0.8/1.3A. Available in SSOP24 package.
