Overview
EG2126 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates a 5V LDO, an op-amp, a comparator, logic signal input processing circuit, dead-time control circuit, lockout circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit, and output driver circuit, making it well-suited for full-bridge topology applications. The EG2126 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V and a wide low-side Vcc supply voltage range of 2.8V~20V. The IC features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power transistors. The input channels HIN and LIN incorporate built-in pull-down resistors to keep both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in the off state when the inputs are floating. Output current capability is 10+2.0A/-2.0A. Available in SOP28L package.
