Overview
EG2127 is a cost-effective gate driver IC for MOSFETs and IGBTs, integrating logic signal input processing, undervoltage lockout, level shifting, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits. The IC features built-in overcurrent protection that detects overcurrent in the driven power transistor, shuts down the gate drive output, and provides a fault signal to indicate an overcurrent shutdown condition. The floating channel supports driving N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in either high-side or low-side configurations.
