Overview
EG2153 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver that integrates an internal high-voltage half-bridge drive circuit and an oscillator, forming a versatile and safer power driver IC. The CT pin features a protective shutdown function, which allows a voltage signal to halt the driver output. When the VDD supply voltage is below the turn-on threshold, the output remains low; once it exceeds the turn-on threshold, the driver oscillates at a stable frequency.
