Overview
EG27322 is a cost-effective, high-speed single-channel gate driver IC with integrated logic signal input processing, level shifting, and output drive circuitry. It is suitable for motor controllers, solar inverters, switching power supplies, and transformer drive circuits. The IC supports a wide supply voltage range of 5V~25V with quiescent current below 200uA. The input channel IN incorporates a built-in 400K pull-down resistor; when the input is floating, OUTA enters a high-impedance state and OUTB outputs a low level. Output current capability is IO+/IO- 9A/8A. Available in SOP8 package.
