Overview
EG27324 is a cost-effective dual-channel independent gate driver IC with SD functionality. It integrates logic signal input processing, level shifting, and output drive circuits, suitable for drive circuits in motor controllers, power supplies, and transformers. EG27324 features a wide supply voltage range of 2.8V~20V with quiescent current less than 1uA. The input channels INA and INB each have a built-in 200K pull-down resistor; SD has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, ensuring that a floating SD input does not affect OUTA and OUTB outputs; output current capability I0+/- 2/2.5A; available in SOP8 package.
