Overview
EG27325 is a cost-effective dual-channel independent gate driver IC with SD function, integrating logic signal input processing circuitry, level-shift circuitry, and output driver circuitry. Designed for drive circuits in motor controllers, power supplies, and transformers. EG27325 features a wide supply voltage range of 2.8V~20V and quiescent current consumption of less than 1uA. The input channels INA and INB each have a built-in 85K pull-down resistor; SD has a built-in 85K pull-down resistor, ensuring that OUTA and OUTB outputs are not affected when the SD input is left floating. Output current capability I0+/- 2/2.5A; SOP8 package.
