EG3002

A single-channel, cost-effective dedicated gate/base driver IC for power MOSFETs or high-power bipolar transistors. It integrates input logic signal conditioning circuitry, a fast comparator, an SD fast shutdown circuit, and a high-current output driver stage — designed specifically for power MOSFET driving in power converters and motor controllers. Features a wide supply voltage range of 3V~30V, low quiescent current of only 2mA, and a split output structure with independent source current (OUTD) and sink current (OUTS) pins, enabling independent adjustment of the rise time and fall time at the MOSFET gate.
