EG3012S

EG3012S is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, dead-time control, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), lockout, level shift, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits, designed specifically for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The EG3012S supports a high-side operating voltage up to 80V, a wide Vcc supply voltage range of 11V~30V, and low quiescent current of only 4.5mA. The IC features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power transistors. The HIN and LIN input channels incorporate built-in 10K pull-down resistors to keep both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs off when the inputs are floating. The output stage adopts a half-bridge Darlington configuration, housed in an SOP8 package.
